About Me

Skin Care Enthusiast

Ever since high school, I suffered from cystic acne and dry, irritated skin that seemed too painful to even smile in. I often described it as "angry," expressing its anger with volcanoes of lava that would erupt in face of any irritation. It was an emotionally draining period of my life filled with insecurity and a deep desire to look "normal". As I grew up, I realized acne is normal and I learned different ways to combat it. It's still an ongoing process but I'd like to share the knowledge I've gained over the years and walk this journey to less angry, more mellow skin together.

Be patient with your skin and believe in its amazing capabilities. A person who practices a 4 step skin care routine every day for 6 months will fare better than a person who does a 10 step routine for 10 days.

Skin care goals differ from person to person. Yours might be to reduce fine lines or to prevent premature aging or to lighten hyperpigmentation marks from old acne scars. Knowing the effects of different ingredients in your skin care regimen can help you target your specific skin concerns better.

Your skin is a reflection of the health inside of you. If you fill your body with ample amounts of water, nutrients, and lead a healthy lifestyle, the positive effects will undoubtedly radiate from within.

Every journey to flawless skin is personal to each individual. You have to be aware of how you feel and how your skin reacts when testing new products.
